Can we just ban the whole 119 main domain?

Look at Carney and addison. They show up, post in the same threads, the same usesless posts, same signature style, and then addison says in the US but has a pakistan domain....

I wildcard banned 119.152.*

As we see more trends, I can ratchet up the field of addresses that will be blocked.
