Not sure that I've noticed him, I haven't been as active lately. I do try to come on at least read things quickly.
he registered, complained about not being able to post anywhere but the intro thread, then posted a thing about adopting a special needs kid, rife with spelling and grammar issues, and then started down the path of the kid pooping his pants, but never asked a question. Posted a link to supposedly "more information" and it was just another parenting forum and the same exact post. So I don't know if it's a scat troll or just someone trying to advertise the other forum...anyway, they seem to have died away.
