Some users can't add custom Avatars...

Today a new member (Yulia) reports she can't add a custom avatar. Not sure what the conditions might be for members to be able to add custom Avatars. I wonder if it might have been effected when the 200 min limit was imposed for the family photos forum. Yulia has over 100 posts in the past 3 days.

I think she has to have so many posts. It is on a thread somewhere that says how many you have to have. I'll see if I can find it!

I can't find it. Maybe it is 200 posts.

I was thinking it might be 200. That is a bit high, but I can live with it. Makes them work for extra features.

At this rate, Yulia will be at 200 in 1-2 days.

thats true. She pm'd m,e yesterday and asked. I told her I think it was 100, but wasn't positive.

In another non parenting forum I visit, there are a few people who get extremely creative in their use of Avatars and signutures. In the case of Avatars, I have seen Avatars used as micro bill boards with in-your-face comment\images.

Some forums are forced to turn of signatures because members start using signatures as methods to attack each other.

They just have to be in good sense kinda thing in my opinion. Nothing to contraversial. Just has to be up tp mods to make sure its proper ya know?
