Hello, everyone! My research partner and I are conducting a study to find the relationship between children’s use of self-soothing devices and soothing behaviors in terms of child sleep arousal. We are conducting this study as undergraduate students of our university with the support of the university’s IRB. The study questions concern child sleep arousal, the child’s use of self-soothing devices, and caregiver use of soothing behaviors with their child.
We are looking for participants 18 years and older caring for young children and infants ranging from 1 month to 24 months of age. To qualify for this survey, you must satisfy the two previous requirements, as well as be fluent in the English language. It will take about 30 minutes to complete this survey at most.
