Hey everyone! First time posting.
I have a 16 year old daughter. She’s a good kid, gets good grades, generally respectful, etc.
but sometimes.....ugh. She so moody and cranky.
I have clinical depression and suspect she does as well (she’s in weekly counseling ) so I tend to be overly understanding when she’s in a ‘mood’ but then feel like maybe I’m being too lenient.
ugh,I’m rambling -anyone in the same situation and have advice ??

You aren't alone! A few months ago, I realized that I needed to visit a psychotherapist, because I began to feel apathy, frequent mood swings and a rather pessimistic look at my future life. It's really depressing when you don't expect anything good in your life and when close people don't show attention and support for you because they are too busy. Always too busy to help me. I want to do something and get rid of my depressive thoughts, but I don't know where I can turn for help.

I, too, know well this feeling of longing and sadness. I've never been an optimist, but lately my moods have become more like depression. I know that now there are many different programs and treatments for this disease, but I often read on the Internet that many of them are ineffective. My close friend suggested one site for me, there are a lot of information about depression retreat. This helped me find a really good specialist who could help me find the motivation and strength to do something for my future.
