Which one? Sorry my internet has been down so I'm just getting back over here. Ball's is an acceptable word, it's just a body part.
I found it, and I'll almost guarantee it's a troll post. Getting kicked in the balls seems to be a big thing with them. I did approve it though, since overall it is harmless.
We'll keep a watch and make sure they don't get ridiculous.
