Daycare Naughty Corner OK again (10/15/2011)
"...they will no longer risk $2000 fines for "separating children", a penalty outlined in an earlier draft, which The Australian revealed in April could have banned the use of "time out" or the "naughty corner" for toddlers hurting other children."

Actually this was only a proposed regulation that never took effect.
