I don't think you should do it. its kind of extreme. also, if the kid finds out you did that, he/she might institute counter=measures for security. then you have lost him/her by becoming the enemy. while there are ways of doing it, there are also security measures designed to block it. remember that kids are more up to date with anything related to phones and/or computers, than adults.
