So this hole thing started almost 2 years ago. My parents took my daughter and her friend to a pay to get in beach. I have tried many times to figure out what happened that day but the best I can get is my parents ( the grand parents) put there car keys in her friends bag. Ever since then she has given them the cold shoulder and even resorted to call grandpa by his 1st name. This has put a lot of stress on me because my parents want answers that I dont have. I dont know what to do any advice would be wonderful.
