What are some road trip tips for parents with toddlers?

Traveling with toddlers can be tedious. As they can get restless especially when during long periods of travel. You can not completely avoid this but, there are some toddler parenting tips on how you can get over it.
Take some stuff that keeps them engaged and fun like a favorite toy or a favorite book or even music. You should make sure your kids move around a lot. Then only you can avoid their restlessness.

If none of those work tries keeping toddlers separate from each other if they keep fighting and try nighttime driving but watch out how they sleep they can sleep in awkward positions which are not appropriate for sleeping.

Plan your trip properly carry all your essential stuff for the babies. Nowadays all kids will be trouble-free at least for a while if you give them a tablet or a smartphone.

Thanks for the helpful tips. It's true, traveling with a toddler is very tiring. I remember our first trip and it was quite challenging. The baby was constantly crying and it was hard to calm him down. Now that the baby is a little older I bought business class flights to Amsterdam and hopefully he will be more comfortable here. And we can safely fly to our destination.
