We've recently come to find out that at 10 years old found history of porn on his computer. He said he just came across them himself. Now about a month later he had to go to the doctor for a UTI and the Dr. said its likely due to masturbation. Is it normal for a 10 year old boy to masturbate at that age and to the point he is getting a UTI.

Masturbation causing a UTI? How? A little rawness, maybe. But a UTI? Did the doc explain this? And, did the doc explain to him that maybe he should wash his hands first?
Masturbation, normal. At all ages. Porn is out there, but 10...lacking he real world experience..can't tell it's for entertainment, that it's not necessarily an accurate reflection or representation of sexuality or interpersonal relationships, and certainly not educational or a substitute for genuine, accurate, unbiased information about sex and puberty, so it's wise to have a little chat with him about that.
