For narcolepsy, obstructive sleep apnea, and shift work sleep disorder, Artvigil 150 (armodafinil) should be taken once daily in the morning. For people with severe hepatic impairment, the armodafinil dose should be reduced. Due to reduced medicine clearance in older people, lower doses should be considered.
