Yeah, simply because a person is accused by a student, especially that the high school level, there is a possibility that the student is angry with the teacher, and said something like "the teacher made a pass at me" out of anger. The school administration is required by law to take official\immediate action. Where I live, depending on the type of accusation, the teacher is suspended with pay, reassigned to other duties, or suspended without pay.
