Fiction / Non-Fiction...

My daughter can never remember which way around Fiction and Non-Fiction are. Does anyone know any 'tricks' to remember which way round they are - mnemonics or anything like that?

When I was a kid I was told to remember them this way. Fiction starts with F and so does Fantasy, so I remembered that Fiction was Fantasy and non-fiction was non-fantasy (so, not made up).

I would just tell her fiction is when;

ECD or IA look in the mirror and tell themselves that they are good looking.

And non fiction;
is when I look in the mirror and say I am the best looking of them all.

Or when FO7 see's himself carrying Debra Winger out of the hanger.

Or when Xero thinks nobody is giving her slack at mw2 because she is a girl.

Or when M2m think she won.

That's all fiction.

Now me: Smelling nice, Looking good, Extremely smart, And charming. Best daddy in the world.

That would be non-fiction

No, but for real, you don't know what it's like being a girl playing a game that's mainly for guys. It's actually the exact opposite. I am constantly targeted for being a girl. Guys HATE it. I get in fights with guys on xbox all the time.

A decent man would give a girl slack on a game. Those little teenage twerps on COD are just pissy and rude. lol
