Yep, I thought all chefs were that way. My parents owned a fine dining restaraunt when I was about 10. (It was actually in the celler of a house that we lived in, pretty cool.)

It was neat as a kid. One of the chef's a German lady named Bea would make me egg drop soup eventhough it wasn't on the menu... I LOVED that!

Do you watch Top Chef, Fallon? I love that show, my favorite of food network show is practically home lmade lady (Blond, her name escapes me). She is such a drunk, she makes drinks on every show. My husband will come in and say are you watching the drunk lady again...Sandra Lee... Man that was kiling me! Also love the bag lady, Paula Deen. I have started to watch down home with the Neelys, they are cute together but gets kinda sappy, just cook already!

Technically, it's not the same thing, but I think it would be fun to make wedding cakes. I would like to have a shop for that. I have such gay hobbies.
