So whenever the kids are asleep, what do you enjoy? The things that would be what you DON'T want your kids to see.

I like watching The L Word. That show about lesbians lol. My dh thinks that I'm going to cross over lol. I just like the story, I could do without the soft core porno.

Also, Eminem. I like his funny songs. "You make my pee pee go...ba dong dong dong" lol.

And of course the "toybox" that DH and I have lol. That gets hidden.

Merritt Mountain Music festival (for those who know it, its ranked in the top 10 parties by Playboy Magazine) ... 5 day festival ... will never be the same ... we rocked Campground C - for the last year of its existence .. until 4:30 am ... so a tiny bit wild at times LOL

This is SOooo funny to me because I caught myself watching the LOBO station. They had caberet on and I've never seen it before. When the commercials came on it flipped me out for a second and then I had realized what that station stood for. Duh!

My hidden pleasure is hard rock and returning to the music scene before I get too old

Ohhh I also enjoy Southpark and Family Guy. I have a Southpark DVD that dh got me while we were dating. Alenya held up and asked, "Watch this, please?" I told her "No, but we can watch Elmo." and put it up on a higher shelf. lol

Pretty much the same here. Any tv, music or movies we watch/listen to are also appropriate for my 15 yr old dd.

He thinks it's even funnier that I watch it with one of my friends that happens to be a woman too lol. I just laugh it off. Like I've told him before...women have beautiful bodies...but I just couldn't do the whole "va jay jay" thing. *shudders*

I'm still a big fan of the "nap when they nap" thing....although that only happens *maybe* a couple times/week. I'm trying to get better about just relaxing while he's asleep instead of cramming in house cleaning and paperwork.

My guilty pleasure is probably reading right now. There isn't much I can't watch/listen to in front of him, since he's too young to understand. But I can't read around him because he tries to snatch the book/magazine out of my hands!

My mom dropped off my birthday cake today (my b-day was 10 days ago, but I've been too busy to celebrate). She makes a crazy good cake, with 6-7 thin layers separated by a thick frosting that's like melted milk chocolate. I've been watching what I eat lately, but after 2 days of total crappiness I just had a big piece for my dinner. Mmmmm...cake. And I'm betting it makes a fine breakfast. A pleasure, but I gotta admit to zero guilt.

MMMM I love cake! Maybe I'll have some for lunch today. I'm still on my military duty watch, but get off in 45 minutes for lunch. I always feel guilty about having a yummy cake that's thick with chocolate. MMM...again lol.
