try blending up a quick fruit/veggie smoothie, with maybe a scoop of healthy protein powder...its quick, and healthier than junk food. There are also a lot of green powders on the market at health food places with good flavors, like chocolate, etc. that may help to do a quick "snack" with that an a piece of fruit.

Healthy snacks ideas are far better for teens, as they have less knowledge on choosing snacks. Their snacks includes fast foods, fired snacks and many others. Which brings different types of health problems.
