I don't believe in soul mates. I think all relationships take work to be successful. Find a person who has similar goals and treats you well. For me, that person also filled in some gaps I have (I'm a workaholic who charges head first into everything, he takes a step back to "work smarter not harder" and also gets me to relax and consider all the options)
