Holy Moly, we've hit -36...

With the windchill, it's about -43...supposed to be like this for a few days.

Ok <I>NOW</I> it's cold.

Taking K to school this morning was absolutely brutal.

Snotsickles, my eyes teared up and the tears frose solid, I had 2 pairs of gloves including my Snowmobile mits, and my hands were so cold they hurt like hell.

Her school is 1.5 blocks, so I was outside for less than 3 mins.

K did well, I bundled her up like Randy in A Christmas Story, and added a Balaklava (like a bank robber wears), and Goggles, so she had no body part exposed.

Thank goodness I work at home, not looking forward to the 3pm school pickup.

-36C = -32.8F
-43C = -45.4F

It was terribly, like bitter, cold yesterday while we were out. I'm sure it's cold today too. I can only imagine what Canada would be like today. Brr.

Not so bad in the lower parts...Toronto only hit -15 I think.

But I'm in the Great White North. Bonus for me is that in spring/summer/fall I'm 5 mins. away from a good fishin' hole.

And BC rarely gets very cold, but it rains a lot.

our weather bug says its 61 right now, here in texas. so it warmed up some for us. we been waking up with the temps around 28-30. and that's cold since we aint used to it.
