 here's the deal. DD has several (4) cavities that need attention. Because of her issues (Autistic) the dentist recomended we have it done outpatient using general anastesia (msp).
Called my medical insurer who recomended we send a joint letter with DD's doctor and dentist explaining the situation what was needed including insurance codes. Did that I was given a copy of the letter and looked it over it was very clear and well written.
Insurance Co reviewed the letter and refused to cover expences. this is a three thousand dollar deal and if insurance wont cover we have to pay 85% upfront which we do not have.
The dentist (who refused to do this) is sending DD to another dentist who will restrain her to preform the proceedure. The dentist informs us that this may have lasting effects to her behaviour What the hlLL am I suposed to do???
