Couldn't figure out why I couldn't reply to posts! Guess I have to do an intro first.

I'm a single mom to two kids, ages 10 and 8. My youngest has severe food allergies, including dairy, eggs, and peanuts. I found this place when I was searching for dairy free forums and one of your posts came up.

Anyways, hope I can find some good resources and maybe other allergy parents,

Hi allergy_mom,

Is it just me or are allergies on the rise ? I'm lucky that we don't have any allergies in our home, but it seems that year after year, my daughter has more and more friends that are allergic to all kinds of things (kiwis was the latest I found about).

It must be a real challenge to manage all that.
