As of right now, only users with 200 posts or above can post or read the content of threads. 199 and below can only see thread titles.

We may have to adjust that number because there are only 17 users with over 200 posts

Is 200 a good number? I think it is a bit high. I understand the point and I agree of having a forum that is limited to "regular" contributers, but I think that should include contributers who post on average 1-3 per day, not 10-20 per day. Ideally it should take a new member no more than a 1 month of posts to gain access, not 3-6 months.

so what you guys, rather have 100 posts? I don't care either way because I am fine posting in other threads. So this is up to those who do want the privacy thing. I can tell you from my other boards, that most of the privates are set at 200.
