No Longer an Armchair Parent...

Sorry, I couldn't find a forum particular for announcements of such things.

I've been browsing and occasionally posting on these forums for the past few months as my wife got further and further along. Anyway - as of 6 days ago we welcomed a wonderful baby boy into our family - Calvin - at 6 pounds even.

Both baby and wife are healthy and well.

(and Marjan, Armchair parent means one who is sitting back watching rather than being part of the game, there's a term in the US called "armchair Quarterback" who are people who watch football and spout about what they'd do, but they aren't actually playing, so it was just choppy's cute way of saying he's a dad now.)
