Sure, I use the indoor grill. Just cut off the ends, put them on the grill and drizzle some seasoned melted butter. It's done when it still a little crispy but mostly tender, if that makes sense.

I have never tried asparagus. What's it taste like? Any good?
You have to have it more than once to like it. At least I did. I hated it the first time and grew to like it. Now I love it.

My sister just sent this joke...

A woman and a baby were in the doctor's examining room, waiting for the
doctor to come in for the baby's first exam.
The doctor arrived, examined the baby, checked his weight, and being a
little concerned, asked if the baby was breast-fed or bottle-fed.
"Breast-fed" she replied.
"Well, strip down to your waist," the doctor ordered.
She did.
He pinched her nipples, then pressed, kneaded, and rubbed both breasts for a
while in a detailed examination. Motioning to her to get dressed, he said,
"No wonder this baby is underweight, you don't have any milk."

"I know," she said, "I'm his Grandma.

I love fresh asparagus. I get the little one's and put butter in a shallow pan and let them simmer and they are so tender and have a wonderful nutty flavor. Yummmm. Ok off to the grocery store tomorrow.

I like them steamed. But don't overcook them. They taste horrible overcooked.

Steam them for about a minute. Then dunk in cold water to stop cooking. Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette. Yum.

Also great on smoked turkey sandwich with havarti and creamy caesar dressing instead of mayo...

Uh oh, I'm getting hungry,

It feels like someone jumping on our roof. It's pissing me off because Oliver keeps waking up.
