How many posts do I need to have a custom avatar?

Also, under User CP, I can see the thread, date and comment for Rep, but not who gave the rep. Is this a post count thing as well?

I'm pretty sure you need 200 posts for a custom avatar but I may be wrong on that...as far as being able to see who left rep, the mods are disscussing that right now

I'd say that we should be able to see who leaves good rep, but not bad. It would discourage people from using that option.

I have to admit, I've never used bad rep b/c I don't want to start a 'war' w/ anyone. The one prob with showing who gives good rep is that then I have that I have to send them a thank you note, which just takes time away from posting furiously. hehe
