One fine day, Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson decided to go camping.
After eating by the campfire...they turned in.
At about 2:00 A.M., Sherlock awakened with a start...looked up at the stars in the sky...and hurriedly awakened Dr. Watson.
Sherlock: Dr. Watson...look at the sky...what does that tell you.
Dr. Watson being the analytical fellow he is...looked up at the stars...stroked his chin...and replied:
Well Sherlock, Cosmologically speaking...I see thousands of stars...with the knowledge that there are billions of them in the galaxy and that there are billions of galaxies in the universe...
Dr. Watson placed his finger to his upper lip and thought for a second and again replied:
Astrologically speaking...I see that Capricorn is in the house of Virgo...
Dr. Watson lit his pipe and thought for another moment and replied:
Meteorologically speaking...I can see light cirrus clouds and a bright moon... meaning there will be clear skies tomorr...
Sherlock interrupted sharply, pointing his finger to the heavens and saying in a voice of pure exasperation:
No...No...my dear Watson.
What it means is...someone has stolen our tent!!! :biglaugh:
