My favorite is taking your most loved fruits (mine are bannanas, strawberries and blueberries), add a little bit of orange juice and tons of ice and blend. Walla you have a great healthy smoothie for the kids in the morning. I also like to add flaxseed to mine as it helps with the digestive system.
