I don't even post pictures of my own children for safety reasons. Call me paranoid!

But I don't think it is acceptable to post another child's picture online without permission of the parent. I believe it is illegal as well.

That's really a good question, I would ask my sister or brother before I did that, and to be honest I would be happy to share any winnings with them.

If not, give all the winnings toward the child's education or have it pay for something the child wants to join.
After all, it is a picture of the child.
