My wife is pretty overweight - but she's been going to the gym in the evenings and it's been really good for her.
The other night we were explaining why she had to go out most evenings for an hour or so... my son was asking why she went to the gym, and we explained it was so that she goes so that she can do exercises which will make her healthy and lose weight.
My son said "But I like you squishy."

When Cameron was about 3 or 4, we were at Walmart, and this bigger girl was in front of us in line. Cameron turns to me, and in the loudest possible voice in the history of mankind, he asks me "Mom, why is that lady so fat?"
After a mumbled "I'm sorry", I turned my cart and left the line. I was so embaressed.:biglaugh:

at a camp site, we turned a corner and a fat man without a tshirt on walked up - mr 2.5 called out "What a fat man!"
he was right. the man was fat.

My kid can't talk yet. Well she talks I just don't understand a bit of it!
But yesterday a gf of mine to tell me a funny about her 6 yr old.
It was yesterday morning and she was getting her breakfast and when she bent over to put her bowl on the table the 6 yr old yelled "Mommy! There's a party going on in your shirt." Apparently she was bra less. Dang gravity!
