Water or milk?...

Hey..
Let me ask a question from all of you what do you think How big is the difference between using water or milk in a protein shake ?
Alot of people say water..but I prefer milk..what is the best type of milk to use?

I would think it depends on how well you tolerate milk and what type of protein is in your supplement. Using milk is going to contain some protein itself, as well as fats and amino acids. I'm guessing the people opting for water are trying to rein in the fat consumption. But what's best for you depends on what fat you're getting from other sources. I'm careful about vilifying fat. We all need fats in our diet, it's a matter of choosing them wisely and within our caloric allowances.
