Well, in today’s day & age it is very important to have a conversation with your child.
I think the must-have conversations with your child are:

[ul]

[li]Understanding consent[/li]

[li]Being kind, polite & empathetic towards the needy[/li]

[li]Behaviour[/li]

[li]Career choice[/li]

[li]Choice of sexuality[/li]

[li]Financial stability[/li]

[/ul]

And a lot more. These conversations should be taken up from 2years onwards and at every new phase of life, a parent must be open-minded and have these conversations with their child.
If you’re looking for some tips to start a career talk with your child, I’d suggest you watch this video that I recently came across.
