It is not known where the actual conception took place, but if it happened in Lousisiana, Spears' home state, and if he was 19 at the time, he could be charged with "felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile," which translates to "sexual intercourse with consent between someone age 19 or older and someone between age 12 and 17." Aldridge's age has been reported as both 18 and 19. If he was under 19 at the time of conception however, he could be charged with a misdemeanor.
Optional underwear...LOL I would love to read a parenting book by the Spears mom. I'd probably laugh so hard I'd cry.
Also age is relative in the movie/tv industry dontcha think? For example Drew Barrymore.
