    I am on the B12 train mainly because I am a vegan and there is limited amounts of B12 in plant based foods. If you are a meat eater, take inventory of how much you eat. If you are a sporadic meat eater then a B12 supplement may be in the cards for you.

    I say there is no limit to the amount of water one should drink. Water should be the foundation of all liquid consumption and is the basic building block of the body and mind.
