Mild yoga which requires not much use of the muscles can be easily encouraged to the children..it will help them to grow better and make it a habit.

Let her grow to a point when she will realize that all her activities are a bit embarrassing and then she will automatically stop. Don't worry, Happens with kids who are a bit creative and try hard to find something new. Good sign i guess.

Well i won't let them drink regularly..once in a month during a family gathering or something, i do let them get away with a glass of wine but never more than that. Remy is 14 and Toby is 16. I didn't knew what age to vote for.
