Well, three hours in the tub wasn't so bad. She was born quite fast. And then during that time you don't notice things like shrivelled toes.

17 days overdue. I was induced twice. They used the tampon thing, it didn't take the first day, the next day it finally took after 5 hrs. When contractions/labour started I was given demerol and after 6.5 hrs of labor it was too late for an epi so the gave me laughing gas for the last hour.

So I guess it was all natural I had nothing to relieve pain.

I had her in my hometown, rather small, but the doctors wouldn't let my mother in the room, I had to do it all alone.
