diaper rash from HELL! Help!...

Poor Guy!! I agree to get him on the brats diet strictly (bananas will block him up). Get some pedelite too.. push as much on him as you can. They make it in popcicle form now too. When michael got a bad rash I actually let it air out as much as I can. Desitin always worked great for us.

I would go see the doctor, even if it's for my own piece-of-mind.

It's not the rotavirus because he does not have a fever and is not vomiting.

I'd only go if she really thought he was dehydrated. There is nothing you can do for a virus.
If he's had the runs for a full day then I would take him. I think it's more then ten times in a day.

I called a pediatric nurse and she said that if he is not better by tomorrow to bring him in.
