How do you start the day?...

-Gavin wakes up at 7:30...I go into his room, change his diaper, hand him a bottle, and we both go back to sleep.

-I wake back up at 9:30, check email, drink a Red Bull

-Gavin gets up at 10, I make us breakfast and we hang out

I've lost like almost 10 pounds since the end of April. I probably shouldn't be going to the gym, Instead I should be stuffing my face with cornbread to put some weight back on.

if i decide ot get up and live another day to its fullest (some times i just sit in bed, depressed, knowing that my children will run me rotten)
i usually like to start with a cup of milk and reading the news paper. Ill watch some HBO and then put on some clothes. i contemplate packing my kids lunces, and usually decide against it. as i head of to work i hug my kids goodbye and head out the door only to find a parking citation every other day on the windshield of my car....
