When our children learn english they are taught the rude things first, its great when they proudly tell people what english they speak
back in the day, I managed some restaurants, and the best advise I ever go about coping with getting ticked off (I mean dealing with people when they're hungry is often challenging) was to roll up your sleeves, run your hands and arms under water, splash some in your face, then go stand in the walk-in freezer and screem into the fan. You feel better quickly.TabascoNatalie said:when my kids drive me mad, i go outside and smoke. also i find that smoking together with neighbours is a good way to communicate.
