when my kids drive me mad, i go outside and smoke. also i find that smoking together with neighbours is a good way to communicate.
back in the day, I managed some restaurants, and the best advise I ever go about coping with getting ticked off (I mean dealing with people when they're hungry is often challenging) was to roll up your sleeves, run your hands and arms under water, splash some in your face, then go stand in the walk-in freezer and screem into the fan. O watches spongebob and phineas and ferb wayy too much.
He used to spend a lot of time on the Wii but that was in the summer when it was too hot to go outside.
Don't feel like cooking? Pop a corn dog in the microwave.
We listen to the radio which does a decent job and bleeping words but he still points out that LMFAO says "sexy."
Too often i will clean his room or his play room because I love to clean, I hate messes and he just doesn't do it right!
I don't always double check to make sure he actually cleaned himself in the shower instead of played for 20 minutes.
I'm going to stop before I win the worlds worst parent award!

I think at the end of the day, no matter who you are. No family is perfect. Everyone has those moments of "I NEED A BREAK!" When we are not making my step son read he is usually being entertained by some television show but hey I have some serious child restrictions on the tv so nothing over PG.

I bring her into our bedroom, pop in a movie and let her have it it while we watch something in the living room in quiet.
I go to the gym to be alone!

My children are older.. I won't begin to tell of all the shameful things I did to sleep or get them to listen when they were little!
Now... If my daughters are sad, we talk and I feed them chocolate. Makes everyone feel better.
The 3 boys that are home are teenagers.. their long showers gross me out. I have a hot water heater with a control panel in my room. If I think they are "washing" too long, I cut the heater off.

It's as easy of them just studding one night alone in their room looking up sites to do with homework but wait whats that at the top of the page a web banner that display nude women and free "XXX Pictures" now would you want that to be reveled to your child "NO" I'm guessing because I wouldn't want my daughter to see that eather.*

Well here I go blabbing on again but this is a very important subject for all parents out the. * * * That's why I'm here messaging you my brother and my self have developed one of the most effective Internet adult content filters so that unexpected conversation erupted at the kitchen table such as " mum why are there ladies nude on my computer in my room". * Now you could remove their computer or disconnect the internet service but that's unfair for every one it's not your son/daughters fault this happens is it so follow me and the rest of use and do the wright thing make your computer safe, make it do you don't have to supervise every time they need it because let's face it the Internet and computers are the world today.*
