Yeah I've been checking out tons of vegetarian children sites, and I'm planning to go to the library and see if I can find any reading material on it this weekend [[no work ]] and I kinda want to take Lyric somewhere fun since she's been sick, but I honestly have no idea to go in this weather.

Sometimes sucking on popsicles can be a good way to get them to take fluids.

Also remember that ginger is good for the stomach. Ginger ale or chewing on candied ginger can help.

maybe try some light food. one thing I tried before is steam the rice first and then put the rice in a bowl with plenty water, stir the rice once the water is boiled and do that for a while. Try feed your son the soup on top of the rice.
