Yes, I have seen her do this many times. As I have said before, I like Lissa as a person, but I recognized that a lot of her behavior in this forum is not good, her behavior will attract other trolls that will team up with her to cause even more problems. We already have 5 working together, more would just be worse.

If the day comes when you and Kaytee feel she has gone too far, or her constant baiting is unacceptable for the overall good, you will get no resistance from me about a temporary or permanent ban. Like Fooser, she has already done enough to warrant having her privileges revoked. And like Fooser, her behavior is getting worse.
