Haha xD Yep. She already has us wrapped around her fingers... Although, Im sure her daddy will be the one to fold every time where as I might be a little harder to trick, haha :P It is indescribable :) I love being a mommy. It is a wonderful thing. Thank you very much :)

I was able to cut her nails today! I did make her bleed a tiny tiny bit on one finger though :( She didn't cry but I felt bad... At least for now she can go mitten free :D YAY! I don't know if I could have chewed her nails off... It's just too weird, haha xD

Lol xD Im not a nail biter so Im not sure... Either way I think the mittens will stay on a bit longer until Im comfortable enough to cut them. I have filed them a couple times but they still feel so sharp D: With cutting them, Im sure I could do it while she's asleep but the skin is so close...

Yeah, I usually leave them on her while she's away from me, in her swing, playpen, etc and when she's with me, breastfeeding, etc I'll let her hands free that way I can atleast keep her from going at her face/eyes! LOL OMG! I heard a lot of people swear by that! I haven't tried it yet though...

Yep... I plan to breastfeed until she is 2 (for now, I could go longer if she wants to, but I'd like to have another baby sometime around then so we will see, haha.) I also try to keep my thoughts to myself... People can raise their kids the way they want but it does bother me that they are so...

I just wanted to let everyone know... She did EVERYTHING we asked while she was here. I KNEW SHE COULD DO IT! She only had ONE real cig a day for the entire week!!! They abided by all of our rules and that made me extremely happy. (Although I still had to deal with them not liking our parenting...

Thank you!! Yes.. It wasn't very fun. My body just wouldn't cooperate.. They tried cervadil for 12 hours (with a few hours break in between.) Then to pitocin... I didn't get to follow my birth plan at all but all that matters is that she is here and safe :)

Wasn't sure where to put this but I wanted to let everyone know I did give birth to Aubrey on 12/19/12!! I was induced unfortunately but still had her naturally :) After 3 days of labor and an epidural (sadly, I couldn't fight the pain after the exhaustion had set in :-/) she was born at 11:56pm...

It really is terrible :'( I have family in CT.. Thankfully none of them were affected. I feel for the families who lost loved ones :( I don't understand how people can be so terrible...

I agree :) I think that once they are into high school it's a topic to revisit but I still don't think Id let my 14 year old wear a tank top anywhere in public, spaghetti strap or otherwise..

Tank tops are not allowed in ANY middle school I know of, high school maybe but again, we are talking about YOUNG girls. Tank tops are sexy, like SingleDad said above and like I said again, they just aren't appropriate for young girls... Spaghetti straps are also unacceptable for young girls...

Tank tops are revealing because of how they are cut, especially if the girl has breasts already which most do by the age of 11/12/13.. My sister and her best friend (also 12) are already a size B.. They just aren't appropriate. That's why they aren't allowed to be worn in schools, etc.
