It's sad that the media has pushed the sickly images of women in teen/adult womens magazines. Most of these women are far to skinny and look sick in many cases. The majority of men aren't nearly as particular over a woman's body as most women are.

My wife has a body shape like Lissa, hot. However, I thought she looked great pregnant as well. If my wife gets larger it would not bother me one bit.
